The educational manual “Foreign Language in the Service Sector” is intended for students of vocational schools, colleges and higher education institutions, studying in the fields of “Tourism”, ‘Hospitality’, “Restaurant Service”, “Social and Cultural Service”, as well as other specialties related to the service industry. The manual is focused on the development of professionally-oriented foreign language skills (primarily English) and is aimed at the formation of skills necessary for effective communication with customers, colleagues and partners in the service industry.
